BREEDING POTENTIAL________SHOW POTENTIAL_______(quotes below apply) "If purchased as a show or breeding potential animal, purchaser agrees to have eyes cleared by a canine ophthalmologist yearly, and hips x-rayed free of dysplasia before breeding. Additionally, purchaser agrees to only breed to dogs whose quality is reflected in superb bloodlines, sound conformation, and proper type and temperament, and who have also had hips and eyes cleared. Produce shall not be sold or donated to dog wholesalers or retailers, and puppies produced from this animal must go to homes that spay/neuter, or are found to be in total agreement with these aforementioned sentiments. If female show/breeding potential is purchased by a novice, the purchaser agrees to return bitch to this kennel for first breeding or submit their choice of stud dog for approval, and will not allow aforementioned bitch to be bred before her 3rd season, or two years of age, which ever is the latter. A co-ownership will be maintained. Females shall be co-owned until all agreed upon options are fulfilled. Stud rights are retained to all show/breeding quality entire males. Seller will make every reasonable effort to aid and guide the novice purchaser in locating or evaluating acceptable breeding stock." ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE When the terms of the above agreement are met, the seller shall forward all papers necessary for the registration of the above dog, in the name of the buyer solely, unless otherwise agreed upon. We believe this dog to be in good health at this time. If you wish to have this dog examined by your veterinarian within the first (48) hours after purchase, and it is at this time determined to be in poor health, the full purchase price will be refunded. However, this is the only time that a refund will be made. No expenses incurred by the purchaser during this (48) hour period will be paid by the seller. If in the first (2) years after purchase, any debilitating ailment, the origin of which is either hereditary or congenital, should manifest itself, the dog will be replaced with one of the first following litter. Both your veterinarian and ours must be in complete agreement that the problem did in fact originate here, and is in no way a result of injury or other stress factors.
